Jamie Milne has been committed to the fitness lifestyle both professionally and as an active pastime for the past 17 years, primarily involved in amateur boxing as both athlete and coach.
This created a foundation and had a massive impact on jamie inspiring him to forge a career in the health, conditioning and well being industry; he is driven daily to create an impact on N.Z society on getting them moving, active and in a state of wellness
Jamie himself has expressed and motivated his own body over the years thru the rigours of the royal new zealand navy serving 6 years and that of the defensive diving team.
He was fortunate enough to be mentored by two prestigious coaches and to this day accredits much of his learning and prescription to their tuition.

Jamie's previous coaching roles include that of assistant to those mentioned above, School based Behavioural development trainer Trinity Beach State school and Smithfield High Cairns QLD, Crossfit Auckland, Beaches Boot camp, and most recently core and midline stabilization coach N.Z institute of Golf.
Jamie's passion and inspiring persona is motivating and reliable, he is consistently driven to exceed clients beliefs in their own abilities and without exception his own.
At present Jamie has been involved with the exercise prescription and athlete involvement with the N.Z charity run Many Miles For Mary 700km from Auckland to Wellington in 5 days, www.manymilesformary.co.nz and most recently just returning from the Australasian Qualifier for the Crossfit Games Sydney
